"Saying No"

I find it hard to say the word "NO". Often, I'd been asked to quit CR for personal reasons/issues. Of course, I blamed the peoples who asked me every single details about myself. I've lost friends & have lost trust. I suddenly stopped & said "NO". Why? It's because i have found out who I am as a person & expect others to do the same. Moreover to be honest with myself rather than thinking I am superior than others. I can say NO & still be liked. It is better to say NO than to do a job poorly or to lose a friend.
ANGER
I've been having issues mostly about my anger problems ever since middle school. I felt like there is another me who have suffered so much that it needed to scream out to people who have hurted her. I have a split personality where on the outside, u may find me sweet & kind always happy with a smile. But on the inside, i have a black heart that will never be cleaned. For having a black heart, it doesn't mean i am evil or careless. I say that because some say thats what it means. But in my definition, its a depression that the heart feels ache & tired of life. Everyday people work for things that takes for years & years which is understandable.
