lol u go youtube can find alot of training stuff and make u motivated. just type crazy workouts. but dun go check out steriods. their muscles are disgusting o.O

lol pull up need back muscle. go gym train ur back or u have to build up strong arms to do. gym quite cheap whole day $1.50 only. keep doing push ups and lift weights lor. soon can do pul ups

hehe u got dislike or hate anyone not? friends? enenmies? teachers? u think of them and train lor very easy start with push ups
