I guess that's what you mean by conditioning then... did you know that people climbing Mt. Everest has to do atmosphere conditioning.. in which they have to camp at certain heights for at least 3 days b4 moving higher... ^^,

Oh~ Is it tough? Like you have to do sidesteps or something? I'm not a tennis player but i was once a rugby player so we had to do scrums a lot of time.. ^^,
