(this might have been better in a PM), and Katie needs to be in school full time. I'm officially divorced. That came thru the beginning of June. Ian and I are actually building a decent friendship, and we are both healing well from that.

Well, you may have chosen it, but mould wasn't really an issue in the summer, I'll bet. I know what you mean, though. Every time I move I find something new to ask about, or check for. (electrical outlet, phone jacks, do the windows open)
