Romeo, Romeo wherefore...uh I mean Liang, Liang wherefore art thou...

Beautiful twist on Romeo and Juliet. I really enjoy the plot, characters, and not to mention the fashion in this series. Set in the fashion industry, you would expect it to have great fashion, and Tokyo Juliet does not let you down. The love story itself is a bit different then most dramas, in that they find love quickly. Both people are devoted to each other, and instead are constantly battling outside conflicts. Just when you are confident in their success, another obstacle shows itself. Overall, a great drama, with only a couple, "how could you be so stupid?" moments.

Why Why Love.... I say, why not love?

Typical story of two guys and one girl with the normal conflicts and love interests. But this story progresses into a very heartwarming story of love and devotion. Just when things work out how you know they are going to, the story takes a turn. It starts as a light-hearted cute movie, and progresses into a touchingly deep storyline. I would recommend this to anyone who loves to laugh and cry through their romance dramas.

OK, I love Jun. So any show with him in it is great for me. However, when I first read the description of this series I didn't think I would like it. After all, isn't being a pet kinda degrading to Jun? Well, not in this series. It actually turned out to be very heartwarming and probably one of my favorite shows. At first watching it, you kinda get a feeling of would things really happen like this, but as it progresses, you forgive the unlikeliness of the situation and get wrapped up in the story. Maybe even start thinking, I gotta get a pet like that....

Sweetness with a bit of cheese

I stumbled upon this series by accident, but I am glad I did. Although it is a bit rough around the edges, and maybe even somewhat cheesy in areas, it is very heartwarming. I really didn't think I would like it, but I am always on the lookout for good drama. The story is touching if a bit familiar. Joe Cheng plays Ouyang Lei, a very obnoxious, but somehow lovable teen model who can have his choice of girls. Of course he falls for the least "suitable" girl. An annoying, "unattractive", but very honest, determined and loyal girl, Xia Ya (played by Cai Yi Zhen). In addition to their storyline, is the story of Lei's sister and the school's kendo captain. Although it is a side story, it in itself is adorable and entertaining.

As I said, it may have a bit of cheese (what good drama doesn't?!), but it is a very sweet movie.... Hmm, cheesy but sweet, that's kinda like cheesecake. And I love cheesecake. Overall, it is definitely worth watching.
