Taiga Aisaka is a student who has a negative attitude towards others, tsundere. ^^ Taiga comes from a rich family, but she has moved out to live on her own due to family issues. She is coincidentally living in an apartment next to Ryūji's house. Her closest friend is Minori Kushieda. Then she met Ryūji Takasu, Yūsaku Kitamura, and Yūsaku Kitamura in their school and happened to be friends with. At first, she like Kitamura but in the end, she fell for Ryuji. Though she treats Ryūji badly at first, her feelings begin to change as she spends more time with him and his mother, Yasuko.

Gon and Killua improved a lot due to Biscuit Krueger's training exercises. Killua temporarily exits on the game to retake the hunter exam and successfully obtained his license card. Gon, Killua and Biscuit continued playing the game to find all the cards and encountered the game master, Razor. Together with hisoka, they were able to defeat razor and continued with the game until they got the 99 cards with just one card left. All players in Greed Island participated in a quiz. Gon scores the highest with 87 correct answers out of 100 questions, wins card #00, and gets instructions to go to Greed Island Castle. He meets 2 other game masters who gave him his reward, a small binder which can be used to take three Greed Island cards into the "real" world. Together with Killua and Biscuit, they finish the game and leave Greed Island. Gon and Killua uses the card "Accompany" to fly to the player with the codename "Nigg," which Gon believes to be an alias of his father, Ging.
