Hello. I guess I've been running away from introducing myself. Hi, I'm kira14. I chose my username to be so because I like Kira (Yamato, not Yagami) and I started the whole username thing when I was 14. I'm currently 18 and an avid lover of anime.

I guess I would be what people know as a bleeding heart and the nice guy that finishes last. I have always believed myself to be so and slightly regret it. I'm the kind of guy who always is nice to people and hopes that others would recognize me for who I am. Although that isn't the case in our current world. I lend people money fully expecting them not to return it and would shelter a friend in my house no questions asked. Say I'm naive young and stupid. But Any other way I wouldn't be myself. I like to help people and hope to change the world in a small way. I am kinda worried that I might be too nice and end up getting robbed in college but I'll cross that bridge when the time comes.

But recently. I have been plagued by ideas that have me wondering who I am. I've began to see myself as a human and it scares me. You usually live oblivious to the fact that you'll die one day. As these thoughts dawned in me I began to wonder the inportance of my existance. I live a sad and lonely, life and fear being alone. But I realized that sadness could end. I have no reason to keep living. The people around me don't appreciate me for who I am and everyday my sadness grows. I feel that because I am human that I am capable of evil and will someday become a source of sadness of others. Everyday goes by and I wonder what is my reason for existing. I want to protect the happiness of others but will it cost my own. Must I live my life knowing that I will never be happy. I try to be but all I get is more loneliness. I'm not suicidal but rather too deep in thought. I hope one day the I will crack and lose my sanity rather then have to live on in this damned existance. I want to be lost in myself rather then in the world cause if I'm lost in the world I know I can't help but try to protect the happiness of random people who exist before my eyes. Even if I can't be happy I wish for their happiness and hope they will never have to suffer like me. It's a bit hypocritical I know. But... it's how I have chosen to live.

But enough pessimistic stuff. Um.. I have a rather profound interest in philosophy and music. Although I don't listen to alot I find certain songs to be soul-soothing. (exp. "Niji" (Rainbow) By Denki Groove, an insert song in the final episode of Eureka seveN). I like both shounen and shoujo manga. I am somewhat perverted but find porno very disgusting and degrading to all humankind. I play alot of TCG's (Trading card games) and my hobbying in modeling (Gunpla and other plastic models).

P.S. To all the ladies and gentleman out there who read this and can't believe me it's your opinion to think so. However I find that lying is a pathetic way to hide who you are and what you stand for. If you have an opinion you want to express go ahead in a polite manner. (I know it might be stupid putting this at the end and not the beginning.)
