I started watching Asian dramas round February 2008, with recommendations from friends and thanks to an excellent internet connection. So far I've watched a LOT and even though all of them aren't that great I've enjoyed myself immensely and have been fangirling all through for various actors I've seen

It all seems to have come to a conclusion now though: I'm completely and absolutely in love with Yamashita Tomohisa san. Yeah, neechan, it's good to have my own special person to love LOL, like you got Rain.

I first got to know him through Nobuta wo Produce where I thought he was weird and rejected him on my first impression (well, Akira WAS annoying at first). I liked Shuji more. But as the drama procceeded... well, I loved Akira a damn lot and... and that's it. I didn't love Yamapi kun though. I wasn't very interested in him then... dunno why, I must've thought he wasn't cute in it or something, or maybe I was too busy watching Korean dramas instead.

Anyway, after watching Nobuta (and having cried over it and raging coz it didn't have a two years later BECAUSE THEY TOTALLY SHOULD HAVE A TWO YEARS LATER) I looked around for more Nobuta and came across Seishun Amigo (which I had completely ignored while watching the drama, because I wasn't very interested in listening to it i.e. I was more interested in the drama) and I was extremely surprised that Yamapi kun and Kame both sang so well.

About Seishun Amigo, OH MY GOD I LOVE THE SONG SO MUCH, IT SO SO SO RULES AND IS ONE OF THE BEST OUT THERE. The lyrics baffled me; it's so touching, completely about friendship and whoa~~~ *fangirls*

I was surprised when they sang well because I didn't know about the Johnny's E. or whatever, that they had these kids to sing and act and so on... well, the funny thing was, even after I loved Seishun Amigo, it took another decade for me to get to know Yamapi kun more.

I must've come across the term "NEWS" more than enough while reading his biography on Wiki or something, but... well, NEWS came even later. Just wait.

Then came along Proposal Daisakusen, because I saw that it was rated 9/10 at a livejournal I visited often. She recommended dramas... well, I watched it and I loved it. I was surprised that Yamapi kun was so hot... hehe. Well, I thought of waiting till the Kurosagi movie came out, to not watch the drama (because I shouldn't really be, me having to study and all), but I got tired of waiting and...

OMG it was like a tsunami. I LOVED HIM SO MUCH in it!! He's soo cool and soo hot and amazing in it. I was thinking about him all the damn time, talking about him and making a huge fool of myself...

And of course there's Daite Senorita, I loved the song too. But Seishun Amigon remains at 1, due to some hidden reasons.

Kurosagi enabled me to avert my attention from all else and concentrate on Yamapi kun. I searched the whole place for his stuff... I even came across a NEWS video which I watched, thinking idly, who are these guys with Yamapi kun, they're hot too, got to check them out as well...

And I EVENTUALLY came across a youtube video with a bit of Seishun Amigo and Daite Senorita and SAYAENDO in it... and I liked the Sayaendo bit so I searched for Sayaendo and...

BANG!! It was a BOMB this time!! LOL I LOVED SAYAENDO SO MUCH!!! Thus began the NEWS era and I love all of them so much, but after a lot of fangirling I've come to realise that Yamapi kun is still no.1 out there, there's no one more awesome than he is.

But don't get me wrong! I love TEGO-CHAN and RYO-CHAN and SHIGE-SAN (coz that's what Tesshi called him on the Shonen Premium lol) and MASSU-KUN and KEI-CHAN.

Weeeek, Taiyou no Namida, Nantoka Narusa, Alibi (Aribai), Chirarizumi, Sono Egao Boku ni Misukete, TEPPEN. Ai ai gasa and Kakao and more of course... then there are the Yamapi solos like Colourful and Sawarenai and LOVEXXXX

My dream come true would be to be able to see them one day. But it's impossible ne~ ah well they're always avaliable on my desktop haha.
