a true story .... there was a couple near our house who went out for dinner one night, and so they got a babysitter for their daughter. so while the couple were out, the babysitter put the baby to sleep and went downstairs. after a while the baby started crying, and so the girl went up to check it out. the baby was still in the cot, but it was pointing at this life size clown teddy in the corner of the room. so the girl hished the baby and put it back to bed again. after a while, the baby started crying again. when she went back up she found she couldn't stop the baby from crying and that it kept looking at the clown. so the girl phoned the parents and explained what was happening, and said the baby kept pointing at the clown. the dad went silent and told the girl to take the baby out of the house and run to the neighbours. meanwhile he phoned the police.

it turned out that the "clown" was in fact a lithuanian man that was hiding in the room at the time
