About Me
Hi! I am ~sumomapi~ thm dr a.k.a Punay17 heheh haba! Punay17 or Sumomapi for short. I really love ANIME and ASIAN DRAMA although i watch a few american sitcoms and dramas. The anime that made me an OTAKU was RANMA 1/2,
I was only at my 2nd grade and i thought "wow this anime is awesome, i wonder if there are others as good as this one"
After Ranma1/2 then came SailorMoon, Ghost Fighter, Dragon Ball, and then Fushigi Yuugi
caught my attention when i was at my 6th grade and my nickname THM(tomahome, hotohori, miaka) was born!
Some of my favorite anime are the ff: Ranma 1/2 , Fushigi Yuugi, Paradise Kiss, Wedding Peach, Aishteruze Baby, Boku Ga Ita, Blood+, La Corda D'Oro, DeathNote and Beck. I've watched over 70 animation series plus OVAs and Movies..(I'd actually place over a 100 titles but! to play it safe.Frankly speaking since, I've watched a lot of anime I can't remember the story of each, a summary i suppose but i tend to forget the characters(heheh) but for my FAVES i remember them very well!
The first non-filipino drama I've watched was Meteor Garden, the taiwan version of Hana Yori Dango.
Full House was the first Korean Novela that i've watched..
The first Jap Dorama that i've watched was...
For dramas, i guess i watched over 40 titles of drama (jdorama, tsinovela and koreanovela).
Some of my favorites are Kimi wa Petto, Gokuzen 1, Hana Yori Dango, Hana Kimi japan, Princess hours, Coffee Prince, Golden Bride, Silence, Hong Gil Dong, Mars, It Started with a Kiss, They Kissed Again, Romantic Princess, Liar Game, Yukan Club and Hanayome To Papa.
Because of Hana Yori Dango.. i knew about one of the most popular and one of the most HOT celebrity in Japan..
and because of HIM i learned about ARASHI...
For Asian Movies, aside from Filipino Movies, most of them are from HK and Korean, i like Love Under Cover, Love on a Diet, Lavender, Unstoppable Marriage , Art of Seduction and I am a Cyborg but its Ok.
I've watched a lot of hongkong movies when we still had cable,iam still trying to recall the titles, i'll post them later on..(thinking very hard..)
For Japanese Movies Prince of Tennis Live Action, Kiroii Namida, LIfe is Hard Dakedo Happy, Honey and Clover and Tokyo Tower.
A few of my fave idols from jap,kor and tai...
Before i started to be busy with work i was addicted to TAKUYA KIMURA Dramas..but i kinda got stuck at ep 8 or 7 of love generation.(^^,''). There are still more to go like engine and goodluck etc...finished PRIDE(my fave) and HERO.
....Season 2 for junjou romantica is outo i think? and vampire knight is out ABSOLUTELY (NO TIME TO WATCH YET T_T) ..currently watching X FAMILY, CODE BLUE, MAOU... etc..and im stuck at what episodes? hmmm ep 6, 9 and 4 respectively hehe^^ still finding time for watching my anime's and dramas^^ sooo BUSY with WORK..
