About Me
About me huh? Well My first name is Garrett. I'm a 19 year old Canadian University student seeking a single female... no I'm just kidding. I'm sorry but I could not resist. So obviously I am in love with anime. Video games too. I also love Tokusatsu. I'd like to say I'm new to it, but I've been watching Power Rangers, Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog, and Big Bad Beetleborgs since I learned to walk.
My first anime experience: Most people my age will tell you the first anime they watched was Sailor Moon, and for me that's only half true. The very first anime I ever watched was Speed Racer, and it was the coolest thing I had ever seen. At the time, I had no idea what anime was, and then Pokemon and Sailor Moon were introduced to me years later. Obviously my tastes have refined since then.

GetBackers
Gundam 00
Chrono (NOT Chrno) Crusade
Evangelion
Naruto
Inuyasha (or at least before the god awful ending episode)
...I know there's more but that's all that comes to mind right now.
Favorite Video Games:
Fire Emblem (Or at least the ones that came out in NA)
Soul Calibur (Yoda FTW)
Advance Wars (When I'm not sucking at it... which is all the time. J/K it's fun even though I'm terrible)
Mass Effect
Eternal Sonata (An obscure JRPG that needs some love)
Kingdom Hearts (don't own a playstation and never will, but I love the story and characters and I've seen the cutscenes)
And of course: Phoenix Wright. Go out right now and buy these games! Buy a DS if you don't already have it.
My Thoughts on Power Rangers:
Now alot of members here seem to have a vendetta against Power Rangers for "stealing" footage from Sentai. And while I am fully aware of the fact that Power Rangers uses footage that they BOUGHT from Toei, that show raised me. I do NOT turn my back on shows I grew up on. I have been a Power Rangers fan since the day I was 5 years old, and I will be a Power Rangers fan until the day I die... or until it's cancelled.
That's all I can think about for now. I will accept friend requests, but not random ones. What that means is, I will only be your buddy if we have something in common. I am UNBELEIVABLY leniant on this fact. If we're a member of the same (or similar) group, I'll accept your buddy request. If we have some of the same stuff on our favorites list, I'll accept ypur buddy request. Hell, if we come from the same country I'll except your buddy request. If you think we should be buddies, but the reason isn't obvious, send me a PM with your request explaining why we should be buddies. I'll listen!... er... I mean read. Okay, NOW that's all I can think about for now.
