Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu is set at the private high school Hakujō Academy in Japan and centers around the male protagonist Yūto Ayase and his classmate Haruka Nogizaka. While Yūto is rather ordinary, Haruka is very attractive, intelligent, and rich. Due to this, she is the school's most unattainable girl and is so idolized that her classmates give her the French nicknames "Nuit Étoile" (Night Star) and "Lumière du Clavier" (Keyboard Light). One day, Yūto's good friend Nobunaga Asakura asks him to return a book to the school library, and when he goes to return it, Yūto stumbles across Haruka and her darkest secret—she is a diehard fan of anime, manga, and the otaku culture. Yūto promises to keep her secret hidden and the two become close friends. Yūto does his best to help Haruka with her secret hobby while developing his relationship with her. This anime started with quite the bang, with the gang back in motion at full speed, although I think they should have introduced maid number 3 ,Alicetia, later. If it didn't have that special moe-ness and high society theme to it,it would've been rather bland. However,Haruka and Yūto back on screen felt really good,so once again, thumbs up for this series.Watching this made me watch season 1 all over again. Let's face it - there's not much of a difference here,is there? 4 stars out of 5 since this sort of anime is a little too common nowadays, and even with Haruka's rich and moe feel, this stands out from others alike, but not alot to be a masterpiece. This anime has once again produced a opening theme with a bang, though I feel that the ending theme didn't sound as nice as the first one.3.5 stars since it's too cute for my liking, but I guess we all have different tastes in music.
The characters in all seem a little predictable to me.Average guy, dumb perverted friends, bullies, super rich and perfect goddess etc.I think I've seen many of those. The maids were the ones that made it all worthwhile in here, and I give this section 3 out of 5 stars.
Chobits (ちょびっツ, Chobittsu?) is a Japanese manga created by Clamp. It was published by Kodansha in Young Magazine from February 2001 and November 2002 and collected in eight bound volumes. Unlike most stories by Clamp, Chobits is a seinen series commonly mistaken for shōjo because of its strong romantic themes and flowery art style.[citation needed] Chobits was adapted as a 26-episode-long anime television series broadcast on TBS and Animax from April to September 2002. In addition, it has spawned a video game as well as various merchandise such as figurines, collectable cards, calendars, and artbooks. The series tells the story of Hideki Motosuwa, who finds an abandoned persocom, or personal computer with human form, that he names Chi after the only word she initially can speak. As the series progresses, together they explore the mysteries of Chi's origin and questions about the relationships between humans and persocoms. The manga is set in the same universe as Angelic Layer, taking place a few years after the events of that story, and like Angelic Layer, it explores the relationship between humans and electronic devices shaped like humans. Chobits branches off as a crossover to many other stories in different ways, such as Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle and xxxHolic. The story centers on the life of Hideki Motosuwa, a repeat student attempting to qualify for university by studying at Seki prep school in Tokyo. Besides a girlfriend, he dreams of having a persocom (パソコン?): an android used as a personal computer, which is expensive. On his way home one evening, he stumbles across a persocom in the form of a beautiful girl with long hair lying against a pile of trash bags, and he carries her home. Upon turning her on, she instantly regards Hideki with adoration. The only word the persocom seems capable of saying is "chi" (ちぃ, Chii?), thus he names her Chi. Hideki assumes that there must be something wrong with her, and so the following morning Hideki's neighbor Hiromu Shimbo tries to analyze her with his mobile persocom Plum, and after Plum crashes concludes that she must be custom-made. Shinbo introduces Hideki to Minoru Kokubunji, a twelve year old genius who specializes in the field of custom made persocoms. Minoru's persocoms, including Yuzuki, a fairly exceptional custom made persocom, are not able to analyze Chi either, and thus they conclude that she may be one of the Chobits, a legendary series of persocoms rumoured to have free will and emotions. Although this could be a possibility, Minoru is confident that it is only a rumour. Yuzuki also adds that she does not resemble any persocom model in any available database and so she must be custom made after all. A major part of the plot involves Hideki attempting to teach Chi words, concepts, and appropriate behaviours, in between his crammed schedule of school and work. At the same time, Chi seems to be developing feelings for Hideki, at an emotional depth, which she is not supposed to possess, and Hideki struggles with his feelings for her. The need to figure out more about Chi and her mysterious functions and past becomes a stressing pull for the characters in the series. Hideki discovers that his feelings intensify for Chi whether she is a persocom or not, despite other horrible experiences involving persocoms that happened to his friends. Chi becomes aware of her purpose through a picture book series called A City with No People which she finds in a bookstore. The books speak about many different things involving human and persocom relationships: persocoms and their convenience towards people as friends and lovers, how there are things that they cannot do and questioning whether a relationship between a persocom and a human is really one sided. It also speaks about the Chobits series; that they are different from other persocoms, and what they are not capable of doing unlike other persocoms. These picture books awaken Chi's other self, her sibling Freya who is aware of their past and helps Chi realize what she must do when she decides who her "person just for me" is. Together, Chi and Hideki explore the relationship between humans and their new technological advantage, the persocom, as well as their friends' and their own.
well what can i say about this anime? as ya'll can see my rating in each field was excellent at first its kind of confusing but as you keep watching, you could figure out how the story goes and it also teaches a lesson...hope ya'll figure that out. the story line was unique....i havent seen an anime that has that kind of story..... the music's were very nice....though i cant understand it, the melow of the music was the one that touches me somehow...specially the farewell song...the very last song of the very last episode...... the characters were awesome....the author made 7 different characters but in the end those difference between them made them unique yet they still get along with each other and also get closer like a family.... the animation was good....thier looks really portrait thier personality..... and thats my review for this wonderfull anime even though i dont know that much about its origin, i really enjoyed it so for those who havent seen it yet, i hope you would also enjoy watching it like some of us did.
Do you hate animes where the characters make stupid out of character decisions? In other words do things that logically they wouldn't do thereby making you feel angry and that the behavior is unrealistic? Well this is one of those annoying animes. It starts off well. A beautiful heroine with a hidden power to save the world is discovered. Over the first few episodes she "collects" a team of hunky guys with special powers to support her, she gets recognized by the Leaders as potentially the future Queen. Nice character development so far. Other than the unrealistic notion that the rich nobleman they are living with has no maids or cooks, it looks promising. Then the series starts to disintegrate. Instead of continuing to build the team, strengthen powers against the evolving enemy, they basically sit around and drink tea while some rival organization fights the monsters. (Can you imagine something like that happening in Code Geass, Naruto, Bleach etc. ... no freaking way.) Even when the heroine tells one of the guys she wants to become able to protect herself (a nice opening to teach her combat moves) the guy simply reaffirms his pledge to protect her ... LAME. Then the final straw has to be in the last 2 episodes where almost all the characters do stupid things that are really out of character. It feels as if the director and scriptwriters forced the characters do stupid things to fit the desired plot. Any accomplished author/director knows that the story develops from the characters and not the other way around. There is so much potential with this anime, a remake with a better director and scriptwriter could make this really good. But as it stands watch it for eye candy and be prepared to feel annoyed with the characters.
In so many ways this show is an ordinary run of the mill slice of life anime with a bit of wish-fulfillment (a school owned by the students and financed by the extremely wealthy student council president?) thrown in. The story lines of any given episode are generally predictable, the animation quality is serviceable but not outstanding, and the humor is nothing special. So why did I watch the whole series in a marathon over two days? There's something strangely appealing in the relationship between our poor little orphan girl protagonist (not to mention her demonically-possessed hand puppet) and the student council president, as well as the other members of the council. Maybe I was just in a moe mood, but the slow development of their relationship caught me in the right way at the right time. Some day I'll have to go back and try to figure out just what it is that pulled me in...

Twelve years before the events at the focus of the series, the nine-tailed demon fox attacked Konohagakure. It was a powerful demon indeed; a single swing of one of its nine tails would raise tsunamis and flatten mountains. It raised chaos and slaughtered many people, until the leader of the Leaf Village - the Fourth Hokage - defeated it by sacrificing his own life to seal the demon inside a newly-born child, whose origins are as yet unknown. That child's name was Naruto Uzumaki.

In the future, the most popular game in the world is Angelic Layer. Contestants must raise and train their own 'Angels' (or fighting dolls) to compete in tournaments. Enter Misaki Suzuhara, sixth grade Angelic Layer prodigy. With her speed-type angel, Hikaru, many people think Misaki stands a chance at winning the championship. She'll have a lot of help along the way, but the road to victory will be not be an easy route, especially for someone as young as Misaki.

This is a great show for girls in their teen years even though it has a 5th grade girl for a main character. Well it first start off with our main heroine, Amu. In the outside, she's like this all "Cool and Spicey" girl. But in the inside, she's just like every girl, very shy girl who wishes to have courage to truly be herself. From then on, 3 guardian Charas were borned!! This romance/comedy/school life/magical story is perfect even though its a weird mix for eveything..... Oh well! This is probably the best show i watched even though at times it was a tad boring... Again Oh well! The romance is perfect and even i like amuto couple.. youll get it once you watched it. so hury up watch this perfect ANIME!!!!!
Sound-I find the sound very clear and understandable.
Animation-The animeation is remarkably smooth and has a great style.
Story-The plot is creative and exciting to watch. I love how the story takes an unexpected turn at episode 26. The series has excellent amounts on rising and falling action.
Characters- All the characters have interesting personalities, especialy Hoshina Utau.
Enjoyment- I enjoyed the whole series. There was enough conflict and action to keep me watching.
My overall comment: Amazing anime, no questions asked.
This is probaly Peach Pit's best work. I find the anime "Uta Kata" similar.
