Hi my name is Erica Xd But on the computer I like to go by Rose as its one of my middle names.
Okay i want to put this on to anyone who might find this interesting
its the schooling system in America (just as an FYI) ages are listed beside the grade. (its approximate age)
okay so you usually start school around fiver years old
Elementary school consists of:
kindergarten/Primary (age 5)
1st grade( age 6)
2nd grade( age 7)
3rd grade (age 8)
4th grade( age 9)
and 5th grade( age 10)
(by the way each grade is one school year one school year is 10 months usually, 2 months of summer and holidays here and there)
The middle school
6th grade(age 11)
7th grade( age 12)
8th grade( age 13)
Then high school
9th grade or freshmen year (age 14)
10th grade or sophomore year (age 15)
11th grade or Junior year (age 16)
12th grade or senior year (age 17)
The its GRADUATION DAY!!!!
you finish school and you can choose to work or go to college or University you don't have to though its your choice. Some people start school later so you can be 18 or 19 when you graduate
a school year in America/ my school is like this:
you have 10 months of school you go to school 5 days a week for 7 hours saturday and sunday off. You get holidays off like christmas, spring break, etc. School starts at the end of august and ends in the middle of june and we get 2 months of summer break
My poem I made it hope u like it XD
Our sorrow spreads as far as the eye can see,
Our longing for a love that has long since gone extinct seems to us like an unquenchable thirst,
For people like us love like that is just a fairy tale,
A sweet dream that only stays long enough to tantalize us into a sweet oblivion,
Only to rip it from us so that we will beg for it to come back,
Knowing that our calls will go unanswered,
Our cries echo in the vast expanse of darkness we've come to know as our hearts,
A void that yearns to be filled,
But can never be full,
No one can hear our cries as we stand here wanting to be loved,
Wanting to be held,
Wanting to be told that you are something more,
something more than you've always been told,
always been called,
Worthless,
And though we work so hard,
All of it seems to be for nothing,
Because deep down we feel that no one cares,
And that we're all alone,
No one will come for us,
So we will sit here,
Cradling ourselves,
Rocking back and forth,
Hoping,
Waiting to be loved.
