Based on the adult visual novel...sorta
Based on the adult visual novel with the same name, the series starts out haphazardly introducing the 4 female routes (yes, we know why I called it that). You have the sister (Toa-blue haired girl), the sister's best friend (Mihiro-pink haired girl), the student president (Kaoruko-black haired girl), and the tsundere VP (Ashe-blond haired twintail). This is an anime short with a ton of ...

    Its okay with reservations
This show is actually amusing. The animation is pretty good, but the sync with the voice actors is pretty off in places. Overall its fine for a comedic short. There is significant fan service, but its presented to be funny. The music is okay, but i wish they had spent some of the effort on getting the voice sync right then they did on the super flashy perfect exit sequence.

  • Finish in 18 minutes!
I give 3-stars for two fan service episodes. 2 minutes starting at the first second, then the last 30 seconds of each episode for post-puppet theater type thing @ 12 episodes.

You can watch the content of this show in 18 minutes of view time, count in the combined open and close,. you go to 24 minutes. (minus load time and potential player crashes)

  • Half show and half credits
Half credits, half episode. In a show that's about 3:30 long, not much anime actually happens. Since there's not much anime, there's not much to review. Since there isn't much to review, I'm just going to fill the character count for this review. It doesn't stink but it's not good either.

  • Short slice of life and comedy show with some attempts at "fanservice"
Honestly, if there were half-star ratings, I'd give it 3.5 rather than 4, but decided to bump it up because it was short and easy to watch, and I liked the striking art in the ending and the funny "corner" they had at the end.

It's based on a game that Sekai Project is in the middle of translating and bringing over to the west (although the game version apparently has different voice actors) ...

Does Wagamama mean "Average, nothing special, short anime series?" Because that's what this is.
I really love the short anime genre! When it's done well, it's sublime and reminds you that some of the best animation in the history of the medium has been shorts. When it is terrible, well, you didn't waste much time watching it, so you didn't lose more than a couple of minutes. It's low risk and often medium to high reward, and when pressed for time to find a moment to breathe, it can really be ...

Short but will captivate those looking for Fan Service
When most of the anime community gets dragged down by shows like this, the fact that something with this much fanservice being a shortie anime actually makes it feel so much better. It gets the fanservice right in without being dragged down with so much extra stuff around it. I like this and the way it presents a small snipit of whats going on in the lives of these girls. It provides a clear cut ...

I'm not really seeing the point of this anime.
If you've read the show's description and thought that sounded like a good idea for a plot, you may be disappointed when you actually watch this. Seven episodes in, and we haven't even seen the supposed protagonist. The episodes are 3:30 each, but only 2:00 is the actual episode - the rest is the song and the after-segment. To me that seems a bit unbalanced.

There just really isn't much here ...

A Short That Is Only There For Entertainment.. Sort of
Wagamama High Spec, the original source material is an Adult Visual Novel by the same name, now this? It includes absolutely no plot, no story, and nothing from the original source material, besides the four female characters you see on the cover art. Do not go into this expect a master piece, as you will be disappointed, if you want to watch this show, I recommend waiting until it is fully aired, ...

    Can't really recommend.
The episodes are less than three minutes long each, the animations are off sync with the voice acting, and while the animation is crisp and good looking, I can't really recommend spending the time to watch the available episodes. It seems like the artists of the show spent more time doing the closing of each episode than they actually did with the rest of the animation, as the closing takes about ...
