  • I don't know about this one..
Watched seven episodes, couldn't get myself to watch more really. Animation is decent, some characters are interesting but almost everything else fells kinda forced, or ya know, that feeling you get when drinking flat soda?

Honestly, I think this show tried to go in too many different directions, couldn't nail single one. One star for effort I guess.

  • Jousting story, Fanservice level is mid-ranged at best
Reading a bunch of the other reviews they try to claim this is all about the fan service, while the girls are well animated they illustrator goes the 'Barby' route for the select few areas of nudity. The handful of 'clothing destruction' moments are caused by horses going berserk. On the other hand why I rate it mid-ranged over low-range, is purely due to the great use of context or rather ...

  • Starts well, and then ...
I almost made it all the way through. The first episodes were pretty good, but then it just falls in to predictability and repetitiveness. The animation was good in some spots, and average in others. A little bit more action in those middle episodes to go with the craziness and I might have been able to get through it.

  • Jousting with fan service
This was overall an enjoyable series to watch. The animation quality is pretty good and it does have good humor, the VA is pretty nice as well.
It's not perfect though, it has it's issues with making some episodes actually seem important to certain characters, oh yeah, and prepare to hear the word "Senpai" a tone.

  • A guilty pleasure with jousting girls.
So what got me interested in watching "Walkure Romanze"? For one thing, it looked like the kind of time waster that's actually fun. A bunch of pretty girls who are also knights who joust each other. Now how's that for originality? It's a harem that's based on a visual novel. There's fanservice and ecchi. If you're not into that stuff, look elsewhere.
Well anyway, the anime deals with a ...

  • Great anime to watch!
I quite like knight and chivalry so this keep my interest till the end, i did like it how the guy is kinda the lead of the story, its kinda obvious and not much surprise that he went back as knight.

The character development is alright, and the anime is well written.

For an anime willing to be romance, it's very confusing as 5 girls for one guy. The guy totally clueless what's going on...

  • Manga x Anime scary prob
so yeah you always got to love the under dog right! well not this much, Pro vs rookie upset, upset me she gets a point on her in the manga rather than a full blown win and makes actually compared to this. please read the short manga rather than waste time on this scary thing of an adapt! http://www.mangahere.co/manga/walkure_romanze_shoujo_kishi_monogatari_no_gomesu/

  • A nice, fun show where everybody wins
An atypical harem--no heartbreak, the main character wasn't a douche-bag, and none of the women were... shall we say female dogs? All the characters were loveable in their own way, and it left me with a warm fuzzy feeling--8 out of 10. Although this wasn't an extremely amazing story like Toradora or Dusk Mainden of Amnesia, it's not the same category. I'd say that it's on an equal par as Zero no ...

A pretty unique crossover between harem ecchi and jousting that ecchi and moe fans will surely enjoy
When it comes to ecchi anime, there's always that bunch of people who will always blindly hate anything that even remotely introduces fanservice/ecchi and use that as a negative factor in their reviews. In my opinion, ecchi & fanservice is great when done correctly and some series are worth watching just for the great chara design and well-placed fanservice. It's not like every anime is meant to ...

    Soul soothing harem fantasy
In the town of Helen's Hill, the sport of jousting is phenomenally popular. Every summer they hold a tournament at Winford academy, to decide who's the school's strongest knight. Walkure Romanze tells the tale of six sweet girls ramming lances at each other on horseback.

The jousting matches take a proportional amount of the plot - everything's focused on deciding which of the six girls is ...
