so there was a contest to translate the series, and the prizes for completing all 26 episodes are pretty sweet -- though they should have included the hella expensive R2J DVD BOX set ;P anyhow, the first 2 episodes were already tranlated.

This was so cute, I really like the narrative introdution of the characters, technology and their mission. It is similar to the classic sci-fi movie the Fantastic Voyage.

Looks like this was done to announce the general idea for Wonder Beat before the actual production was done. You can definitely see a ton of refinements were done for the production series.
