VIDEO: Clip Teases "UnchainBlades Exxiv" Artists, Music, and More

"Unchained Blades" follow-up hits 3DS and PSP in Japan on November 15

While we recently got Unchained Blades in North America courtesy of publisher XSEED Games, Japan is gearing up for the follow-up, UnchainBlades Exxiv, which is due out there on 3DS and PSP on November 15.

Like the previous installment, Exxiv features characters designed by a slew of famous artists, and the footage below shows off their work. Featured artists include Haruyuki Morisawa (Dream C Club), Yusuke Kozaki (Fire Emblem: Awakening), Kaito Shibano (Luminous Arc), Kumihiko Tanaka (Xenoblade, Xenosaga), KEI of Hatsune Miku fame, Minako Iwasaki (Rune Factory), Katsumi Enami (The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Zero), and the inimitable Yoshitaka Amano (Final Fantasy), who designed the dark knight.

The music of UnchainBlades Exxiv is being handled by former Final Fantasy composer Nobuo Uematsu's band, The Earthbound Papas.
