Additional Evidence Points to "Madoka Magica" Writer's "Psycho-Pass" Involvement

Upcoming magazine lists Urobuchi as series' mastermind

Last month, a tweet by Fate/zero and Madoka Magica writer Gen "Urobutcher" Urobuchi suggested that his rumored fall anime series and the cagily promoted Psycho-Pass were one and the same. Now, it is looking a lot more credible that the highly regarded writer is attached to the sci-fi mystery.

A tweet has announced that the October issue of Otona Animedia magazine will be featuring an interview with Urobuchi, credited as the mastermind on the Psycho-Pass project.

Recent teasers have revealed that the Production I.G series' original character designs are by Reborn! manga author Akira Amano and that Seki Tomokazu (Gilgamesh in the Fate series, Hashida Itaru from Steins;Gate) and Kana Hanazawa (Bodacious Space Pirates' Chiaki Kurihara,Binbogami ga!'s Ichiko Sakura, Dog Days' Noir Vinocacao) voicing principal characters.

Gen Urobuchi is also slated to script an original Toei/Nitro+ anime movie called Rakuen Tsuihō (Exiled From Paradise), set to be directed by Gundam 00's Seiji Mizushima.
