Nintendo Comes Packin' 23 Wii U Launch Titles on Day One
New console arrives in North America on November 18
Remember when Nintendo 64 came out and you had a wide variety of… two games to choose from? Yep, it was either Super Mario 64, Pilotwings 64, or both. Things have gradually improved over the years, and the upcoming Wii U launch is looking like the most varied yet, with 23 day-one titles to choose from.
The full list of games available on launch day include:
New Super Mario Bros. U
Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment
Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition
Game Party Champions
Assassin's Creed III
ESPN Sports Connection
Just Dance 4
Epic Mickey 2
Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed
Tekken Tag Tournament 2
Warriors Orochi 3 Hyper
Seems like there will be some good variety available on the system's launch day. There's plenty more to come in the much wider "launch window"—which runs between November 18 and March 31, 2013—but what do you think of the day-one offerings?
