A truly novel take on "Beast Mode" Unit 02 versus Sachiel

Evangelion-mania has certainly expressed itself in many ways over the years. This one could be the most novel. Chinese artist Lu Yang has created a short tribute film utilizing high fashion, interpretive dance, and Chinese fire cupping.






"The Beast" was created by Lu Yang as part of a fashion film project for the Chinese fashion and lifestyle magazine Modern Weekly. Her own personal physician used the traditional cupping therapy to apply the wooden cups to the Beast actor's back.
