Weekly Shonen Magazine and manga author Hiro Mashima have delivered on the promise of big news, with issue six announcing that the Fairy Tail anime is coming back in April 2014.

Director Shinji Ishihira and writer Masashi Sogo return. As do voice actors Tetsuya Kakihara, Aya Hirano, Rie Kugimiya, Yūichi Nakamura and Sayaka Ohara.

Shinji Takeuchi (Gintama) takes over on character design in the production from A-1 Pictures (Sword Art Online) and Bridge (Mitsudomoe).
