Publisher Aksys Games confirmed plans to bring Guilty Gear Xrd SIGN to PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 in North America this fall. There's currently no word on its release in other western territories, but hopefully we'll hear something soon.
Guilty Gear Xrd SIGN is set a year after Guilty Gear 2: Overture, and features 15 playable characters, including all-new antagonist Ramlethal Valentine. Signature systems like Roman Cancels are back but "significantly expanded and improved." As usual, Arc System Works' 2D art and animation is a focal point, and Daisuke Ishiwatari is back for the soundtrack.
Aksys will have a playable version of Guilty Gear Xrd SIGN at this year's E3.
