The official site for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Hidekichi Matsumoto's Sabagebu! - Survival Game Club manga today posted a new key visual featuring the five main characters designed by Masashi Kudo, who is best known as the character designer for the Bleach TV anime/film series. It is reported that the voice recording session for the first episode is already finished. The site also announced the on-air schedule in Japan as follows:

TOKYO MX: 22：30 on July 6

Sun TV: 23：30 on July 7

KBS Kyoto: 25：00 on July 7

BS11: 24：00 on July 7

Nico Nico Namahousou: TBA

Masahiko Ohta (Mitsudomoe, Yuruyuri) directs the series for Pierrot Plus (Tegami Bachi, Beelzebub) and

Takashi Aoshima (Kotoura-san, Love Lab) works on series composition. The manga has been serialized

in Kodansha'a monthly shoujyo manga magazine Nakayoshi since the January 2011 issue and the latest

7th volume will be released on July 7 simultaneously with the start of the TV anime.

The story revolves around a 15-year-old first grade high school girl Momoka Sonokawa. At the high school

she recently transferred to, she is forced to join the Survival Game Club by the head of the club Miou Outori

who is confident in her shooting skills. Unfortunately for her, none of the members of the club is an ordinary

high school girl.
