Biggest anison event of the year takes places August 29-31

One of the biggest anime song (anison) events of the calendar is Animelo Summer Live. This year, the -ONENESS-  event will be held August 29-31 at Saitama Super Arena. Joining everyone from Eir Aoi to JAM Project to IdolMaster Momoiro Clover Z, Wake Up, Girls! will have a big role at the event, including in the event's DVD program, which has profles, coversations between acts such as Ayaka Ohashi and Angela, Konomi Suzuki and ZAQ , and Pretty Cure Summer Rainbow! and μ's, as well as theme song music video and more.

September sees the debut of Wake Up, Girls! Zoo, a series of shorts in which the girls outfit themselves with animal costumes to save a beleaguered zoo on the outskirts of Sendai

 

Kenshiro Morii helms the series masterminded by Yutaka Yamamoto and Touko Machida. Studio Moriken collaborates with Ordet on the production.
