"The Great Ace Attorney" to Sleuth with Sherlock Holmes

Next game in Capcom's series takes us back to Meiji Era Japan

Announced earlier this year, Capcom is taking its Ace Attorney series all the way back to Meiji Era Japan in Dai Gyakuten Saiban: Ryuunosuke Naruhodo no Bouken. More on The Great Ace Attorney will be revealed at this month's Tokyo Game Show, but for now we have Game Jouhou reporting on the game's special guest: Sherlock Holmes.

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's legendary fictional detective will have Watson at his side, of course, only this Watson is an eight-year-old girl. Famitsu has her tagged with the name Iris Watson, and the pair seem like a good fit for the teaser image recently posted to the game's official website.

The Great Ace Attorney is coming to Nintendo 3DS in Japan next year.
