Yen Press Licenses "Chaika," "Trinity Seven," "Prison School" Manga Licenses

"First Love Monster" and "Alice in Murder Land" manga also announced

Yen Press had a slate of new manga licenses to announced at their New York Comic Con panel that included the manga adaptations of fantasy light novel series Chaika the Coffin Princess and Trinity Seven, the anime versions of which are running this season. These were joined by Akira Hiramoto's both risque and award-winning Prison School, an anime adaptation of which has been announced.


Other new titles include Akira Hiyoshimaru's shoujo romcom First Love Monster, in which a teen girl confesses her love to a boy that she finds is a 5th grader, and Kaori Yuki's (Godchild) Alice in Murder Land.


Kaoru Mori's historic maid manga Emma is coming back to print in 2-in-1 deluxe hardovers.


They also announced a Dramacon author Svetlana Chmakova comic called Awkward.
