VIDEO: See the B.A.N.D. System in Action in This "Shining Resonance" Clip

Famitsu's latest video shows off the new battle system for December's PS3 release

Famitsu has offered up a brand new video featuring the PlayStation 3 RPG Shining Resonance and its B.A.N.D. combat system.

While you fight off the baddies, your Battle Mana Performance (BMP) gauge will fill as you land each blow. When you fill one of the bars, you can press R1 to utilize the B.A.N.D. system, which allows you to power up the party member at the center of the B.A.N.D. considerably, as the gauge depletes.

It’s got an interesting name, but it sounds quite similar to what’s rampant in other RPGs. Still, Shining Resonance itself should be a fun play when it hits the PS3 in Japan on December 11. Hopefully we’ll see a Western localization soon as well!
