“Obaken Zombie Land" Event Stages Zombie Outbreak at Sanrio Puroland
Tickets go on sale March 13 for May 6 event, limited to 1000 participants

Obaken, a Japanese company that stages haunted house-themed puzzle events and “zombie camps”, is transforming the Sanrio Puroland theme park into the nightmarish “Okaken Zombie Land” for a special, one-night only event on May 6, 2015.
Participants will compete in six zombie-themed missions. Those who “survive” to complete all six stages will win prizes, but if other live puzzle events are anything to go by, this will not be an easy task.
Sanrio Puroland is an indoor theme park located in Tama New Town, Tokyo, Japan. It is owned and operated by the Sanrio company, known for their popular characters such as Hello Kitty and My Melody.
Advanced purchase tickets cost 3800 ($31.45 US) yen, while tickets purchased at the door cost 4300 yen ($35.59 US). Space is limited, so only 1000 tickets will be sold. The event begins at 7PM.
More information is available at the event's official home page.
