Kenichi Shimura conducts chorus & orchestra in an evening of Sega-inspired music
The 14th performance for the Game Symphony Japan concert series will feature music exclusively from Sega video games. Previous entries in the series have included music from such Sega properties as Phantasy Star Online and Sakura Wars, but this is the first time the entire event will focus on Sega-inspired music.
Kenichi Shimura will conduct the concert. The Tokyo Chamber Orchestra and the Tokyo Philharmonic Chorus will provide the music and vocals. The venue is the Tokyo Metropolitan Theater.
The performance is scheduled for October 10, 2015, beginning at 4:30 JST. Tickets range in price from 6500 yen ($54.56 US) to 8500 yen ($71.35 US).
