"Chi's Sweet Home" Manga is Coming to an End This June

12th volume will be the final for Kanata Konami's series

Chi's Sweet Home is getting ready to end its run, with the 12th volume set to be the last. The announcement comes from the Kodansha Comic Plus website, which details the limited edition release that's hitting shelves in Japan on June 23.

Volume 12 of Chi's Sweet Home will be priced at ¥3,800 ($32), and will come bundled with an alarm clock that belts out Chi's voice from the anime.

Kanata Konami's manga—which follows the titular kitten as she adjusts to her new life with the Yamada family and the comedy that ensues—kicked off in the pages of Kodansha's Weekly Morning in 2004. Vertical publishes the series in North America.
