The official Twitter account for Daisuke Ashihara's World Trigger manga announced that the series will be taking more breaks due to concerns regarding the author's health. World Trigger has gone on hiatus a few times since it kicked off in 2013, including a couple last September and December and another earlier this year, all health related.
