"Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward" Inspires Limited Sony Systems
Expansion launches in Japan on June 23
Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia is going all out with limited models of Sony systems to coincide with the release of the Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward expansion. Not only is there a special PlayStation 4 console on the way, there are also Heavensward-themed PS Vita and PlayStation TV models.
All three systems will have their special versions debuting alongside the expansion on June 23.
First up below is the PS Vita, priced at ¥20,980 ($169) and packing an original Vita sleeve and a code for a theme.
The special PlayStation TV will be available with a Vita theme and original sleeve for ¥16,280 ($131) with a controller, and ¥11,480 ($92) without a controller.
The Heavensward edition PlayStation 4 will be available both in black and white. It comes with a product code for a Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward theme and the package will be priced at ¥44,980 ($362).
