Tokuma Japan has posted a 40-second video to introduce 28-year-old voice actress Aya Uchida's cosplay as Kogal-rei (Kogal Spirit), her character in the ongoing TV anime adaptation of Hinako Seta's four-panel comedy manga Re-Kan!. Kogal was a kind of girls fashion style featuring a school uniform with a shortened skirt, loose socks, and dyed hair. It was at the peak of its trend in the late-1990s in Japan.  

The video also features "Choberiba Kogal Night" ("choberiba" means super very bad in the kogal language), the character song for Kogal-rei performed by Uchida. It will be included the bonus CD which comes with the second DVD/Blu-ray volume of the TV anime. The second disc containing the fifth and sixth episodes will be released on August 19. She is scheduled to join "Aki no Re-Kan Matsuri" (Re-Kan! Festival in Autumn) event to be held at Zepp Diver City Tokyo on September 6, in cosplay of the character.
