Women's Interest Magazine Offers Fitness Routine Inspired by Anthropomorphic Sword Boys of "Touken Ranbu -ONLINE-"

Learn to shape your core with cute boy weapon strikes!

In December, Kadokawa published women's interest magazine Chou Chou Aliis has enlisted Attack on Titan's Armin to explain and colossal  to demonstrate the routine doroin (as in the English "drawn in") is a system of exercises, posture correction, stretches and breath that teaches your body to suck in your gut and make you look thinner. This month, they want to teach to tone your muscles with a set of exercises inspired by Touken Ranbu -ONLINE-.

DMM x Nitro+'s Touken Ranbu -ONLINE- is to reki-jo (female history geeks) what KanColle is to military otaku. In the browser game, as a Saniwa sage, you travel the past breathing life into swords, and employing the transformed cute boys into battle evil.

In the article, you'll learn to shape your core with a set of exercises inpsired by dakatana, katana, tanto, wakizashi, odachi and spear strikes, accompanied by illustrations of Mikazuki Munechika, Heshikiri Hasebe and Doutanuki Masakuni.

The July issue 7 is out in Japan today.
