Footage from the 1993 tokusatsu TV show was incorporated into "Power Rangers" season 2
At a panel at San Diego Comic Con and later confirmed on their official Twitter feed, Shout! Factory has announced that they have licensed Toei's 1993 tokusatsu TV series Gosei Sentai Dairanger for North American home video release.
Gosei Sentai Dairanger is seventeenth entry in the Super Sentai series, and footage from the show was used in the second season of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers American TV show adaptation.
Shout! Factory is really showing some love for the tokusatsu fans these days.
