On September 18th, American recording artist Chris Brown release single "Zero" ahead of his upcoming album Royalty. It took a little while, but last week international manga readers started to notice a striking similarity between the associated art and City Hunter, Tsukasa Hojo's classic Shonen Jump series about pervy trouble shooter Ryo Saeba.
