Scheduled to start in April 2016, with a preview planned for the December 19/20 Jump Festa event, Naokatsu Tsuda returns to helm the David Pro project.
Episode director Toshiyiki Kato will be series director and episode director Yuuta Takamura will be chief director. Yasuko Kobayashi returns on the scripts. Penguindrum's Terumi is on character designs, with action animation director Kenta Mimuro doing stand design.
Running in Weekly Shōnen Jump from 1992 to 1995, collected in volumes 29-46 of the manga, the story revolves around Stand-related horrors and mysteries abound in Morioh, a town in S-City, M-Prefecture.
