Japanese Fans Wish a Happy Birthday to Voice Actor Akio Ōtsuka

Veteran performer has been active in anime & video game voice work since 1988

 

Veteran voice actor Akio Ōtsuka turns 56 years old on November 24, 2016, and Japanese admirers of his long and storied career took to Twitter to wish him a happy birthday.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ōtsuka has been active in voice work for anime and video games since 1988, and some of his more prominent roles include voicing Solid Snake in the Japanese versions of the Metal Gear Solid games, Marshall D. Teach / Blackbeard in One Piece, Batou in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, and Black Jack in Black Jack.
