"Rage of Bahamut: Manaria Friends" TV Anime Set for April 2016

The official website for Rage of Bahamut: Manaria Friends, the upcoming TV anime adaptation of an in-game event "Manaria Academy of Magic" in Cygames' popular social game Rage of Bahamut, today updated with a new main visual featuring its two protagonist girls, Anne and Grea, announcing its main staff. Its April 2016 premiere is also confirmed.


The story revolves around the school life of honor student princess Anne and dragonborn princess Grea at Manaria Academy of Magic. Yoko Hikasa, who played Anne in the game, will reprise the character in the anime, alongside Ayaka Fukuhara as Grea. Back in 2014, the first TV anime adaptation Rage of Bahamut: Genesis, produced by MAPPA, was aired for 12 episodes from October to December.
