"Heroines of Osamu Tezuka" Art Exhibit Debuts in March of 2016

All-ages exhibition at the Osamu Tezuka Manga Museum in Takarazuka City will focus on the artist's leading ladies

 

The Osamu Tezuka Manga Museum located in Takarazuka City, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan, is sponsoring a new art exhibit beginning in March of 2016 that focuses on the "Heroines of Osamu Tezuka".

 

 

The all-ages exhibit will be staged in the 2nd Floor Exhibition Room and will highlight the leading ladies of Tezuka's comics, such as Sapphire of Princess Knight and Pinoko of Black Jack. Rumiko Tezuka, Osamu Tezuka's daughter, serves as the planning producer for the exhibit, which will run from March 03 until June 27, 2016.
