Slapstick high school comedy based on adult visual novel by Madosoft premieres on Tokyo MX and Sun TV
The Japanese broadcast schedule for Wagamama High Spec, a slapstick high school comedy based on the adult visual novel of the same name by Madosoft, has been announced. The series will air as follows:
- Tokyo MX: every Sunday during the 25:10 time slot beginning on April 11, 2016.
- Sun TV: every Sunday during the 25:35 time slot beginning on April 11, 2016.
(Please note that some Japanese TV schedules counts early morning programming as late night programming of the previous day, so the 25:10 time slot on April 11 is actually at 1:10 AM JST on April 12.)
The story of the Wagamama High Spec visual novel involves a young male student who is blackmailed into joining the all-female student council after they discover that he moonlights as an author of risque manga. Unlike the visual novel, the TV series will focus more on the student council themselves, who are all highly-talented overachievers with excellent grades.
