Publisher has confirmed that they have the license
Despite their name and catalog of very NSFW releases, Project-H has looked into manga that aren't totally what international fans would call "hentai," such as when they floated Nana to Kaoru. Now, they're looking at Kaworu Watashiya's 2005-13 Kodomo no Jikan from Comic High! (home of Chu-Bra!, I Don't Like You at All, Big Brother!! and the like).
The series follows a new elementary school teacher and the troubles he experiences when a student starts aggressively pursuing a romantic relationship. It was previously licensed by Seven Seas, who almost released it as Nymphet. However, criticism of the series' content prompted the publisher to delay, then cancel the series.
The series was adapted into a 2007 TV anime, then 2009 series of four OVAs, with a 2011 follow-up.
@Ichigo_69 We do have the license for it!— Project-H (@projectHbooks) April 5, 2016
