TV anime adaptation of digital manga about the joys of Italian food is currently in development
Original manga creator / character designer Nab_At (aka Atsuko Watanabe) has created a new key visual for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of her online manga, Piacevole! My Italian Cooking.
The new key visual features series protagonist Morina Nanase, a high school student who works part time at an Italian restaurant, and genius chef Maro Kitahara, who is a master of Italian cuisine even though he's still in elementary school.
The Piacevole! My Italian Cooking TV anime is directed by Hiroaki Sakurai and features animation by ZERO-G. The original Piacevole! My Italian Cooking manga is published digitally on the Comico website and mobile app. An English language version is also published by Crunchyroll, who described the story as follows:
"High schooler Morina Nanase starts work at Trattoria Festa, an Italian restaurant filled with various and sundry quirky characters...and where through its unique cuisine, she will begin to mature as a person."
