Trigger's "Little Witch Academia" Makes the Leap to TV Anime Series

Broadcast time and other details to be announced later

Little Witch Academia—which originally began as an Anime Mirai short in 2013, followed by a crowdfunded sequel in 2015—is preparing to become a full-fledged TV anime series. The baton was passed at the end of Space Patrol Luluco, and the official website followed up to confirm plans for the upcoming series.

According to Trigger's Masahiko Otsuka, Yoh Yoshinari will return to direct the Little Witch Academia TV series, which will have full 30-minute episodes.

Broadcast time, story, and other details will be announced later.
