Blue Exorcist volume 17 is set to be released in Japan on July 4th, along with the August issue of home manga magazine Jump Square. At the same time, author Kazue Kato will be at LA's Anime Expo. In 2017, Blue Exorcist is returning in a new TV anime, covering the Kyoto Impure King Arc.
The series was previously adapted into a 25 episode + OVA and movie series that ran from April 2011.

I'll be at Anime Expo starting on 7/1! I'll be doing panels and signing autographs!
I'm getting worried that nobody will show up to the Anime Expo events, so please come by if you can! I'd really appreciate it!— 加藤さん (@katohhhhhh) June 29, 2016
