TV anime adaptation based on science fiction manga by Akira Amano premieres in January of 2017
Three new cast members have been announced for ēlDLIVE, an upcoming TV anime adaptation based on the science fiction manga by Akira Amano.
The new cast members include:
- Rie Kugimiya as Dolugh.
- Tatsuhisa Suzuki as Lane Brick.
- And Daiki Kobayashi as Chips.
The original ēlDLIVE is serialized in Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ digital manga magazine. The story follows Chūta Kokonose, an unfortunate boy with few friends who hears voices that no one else can hear. It turns out the voices originate from aliens, including one that has taken up residence inside Chūta's body, and he is in fact being scouted to join the space police in order to protect the peace of the galaxy.
The ēlDLIVE TV anime will feature animation by Studio Pierrot. It will begin broadcasting in Japan in January of 2017.
