Ryo Ando (Love Live! episode director) makes his series directorial debut
The teaser site for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Petos' fantasy comedy manga Demi-chan wa Kataritai (Demi-chan wants to tell) yesterday posted the first anime visual of vampire girl Hikari Takanashi and also confirmed that its 15-second teaser CM will be screened on the "Sony Vision Shibuya" street-vision screen in Shibuya, Tokyo, for the first time in the world at 12:00 on September 10 (JST).

The manga series featuring various type of Ajin/demi-human girls, such as vampire, dullahan, yuki
onna (snow woman), and succubus, has been serialized in Kodansha's Monthly Young Magazine the
Third since its first issue published in September 2014. The total print run of the previous three tankobon
volumes has exceeded 550,000 copies, and the latest fourth volume is set for a release on September 20.
Kodansha Comics USA is scheduled to start releasing its English edition under the title Interviews with
Monster Girls from this November.
Ryo Ando, who have worked as an episode director for Love Live!, Love Live! Sunshine!!, and Shokugeki
no Soma, makes his series directorial debut for A-1 Pictures, alongside series composition writer Takao
Yoshioka (The Morose Mononokean) and character designer Tetsuya Kawakami (Robot Girls Z).
The TV anime is set to premiere on Tokyo MX, MBS, and BS11 in January 2017.
