Just when you thought that the popular "reincarnated in a different world" literary subgenre couldn't get any weirder, Media Factory is publishing a new light novel entitled Isekai Onsen ni Tensei-shita Ore no Kōnō ga Tondemo-sugiru ~ Anta no Naka ga Kimochiii Wake Janaindesukedou!?~ ("My Reincarnation as a Hot Spring in a Different World is Beyond Belief ~ It's Not Like Being Inside You Feels Good or Anything!?"), and the title says it all. 

The new novel is written by Misou Nanau and illustrated by Mitsuishi Shona, and it will be published by Media Factory under the MF Bunko J imprint. The story follows an onsen-loving boy named Atami Kusatsu who dies on the way to visit the hot springs and reincarnates in another world as a hot spring. Things heat up when various beautiful adventurers visit Atami to bathe in his rejuvenative waters in order to clear status effects and receive temporary buffs.

Isekai Onsen ni Tensei-shita Ore no Kōnō ga Tondemo-sugiru ~ Anta no Naka ga Kimochiii Wake Janaindesukedou!?~ hits bookstores in Japan on February 24, 2017. It retails for 580 yen ($5.16 US) plus tax.
