Vertical Announces "Anime Supremacy" Novel, "Arakawa Under The Bridge" Manga And More

Imperfect Shoujo by Nisioisin (Monogatari) and Mitsuru Hattori (Sankarea) and Voices of a Distant Star too

At this weekend's Katsucon event, North American publisher Vertical announced a slate of new licenses. In addition to recent online reveals She and Her Cat, Helvetica Standard and Gundam Wing, this included novel Anime Supremacy by Mizuki Tsujimura, Imperfect Shoujo by Nisioisin (Monogatari) and Mitsuru Hattori (Sankarea) - a 2016 adaptation of the novels also known as Shōjo Fujūbun, Hikaru Nakamura's 2004-2015 Arakawa Under the Bridge - inspiration for the 2010 Shaft anime, and Mizu Sahara's 2004 adaptation of Makoto Shinkai's Voices of A Distant Star.


Plans for a podcast were also announced.
