"Ultimate Otaku Teacher" Manga Ending in 3 Chapters?

Sharp-eyed fans spot the beginning of the end.

Takeshi Azuma's Ultimate Otaku Teacher looks like it's only got a few more chapters under its belt -- three, to be exact. A snapshot of the recent installment's final page notes "3 more chapters until the end!"

The manga has been running in Weekly Shonen Sunday since November 2011, racking up 25 volumes so far. An anime adaptation was produced in 2015, licensed in the US by Funimation.

Released in Japan as Denpa Kyoushi, Ultimate Otaku Teacher focuses on a geeky physics student forced into taking a job as a substitute teacher. Despite -- in fact, because -- of his otaku nature, he turns out to be an incredibly effective teacher.
